Gorontalo – Kasus seorang aggota legislatif Kabupaten Boalemo berinisial RP diduga mengamuk karena menolak untuk di swab kembali oleh petugas bandara djalaludin gorontalo yang sempat viral di media sosial pada tanggal 30 September 2021 berujung pada penetapan tersangka.
Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Boalemo inisial RP itu dianggap melanggar hukum, karena melanggar undang-undang tentang karantina kesehatan wabah penyakit menular
“Saudara RP sudah kami tetapkan tersangka pada rabu kemarin tanggal 6 Januari 2022, selanjutnya kami akan melakukan tahap satu dulu pertama dengan kejaksaan , kalau memang sudah tidak ada perubahan maka kami akan limpahkan” Ungkap Kasat Reskrim Polres Gorontalo , IPTU Agung Gumara Samosir, S.Tr.K saat dikonfirmasi.
Namun sementara ini, RP masih belum dilakukan penahanan. Disebabkan, RP sendiri masih menjalani perawatan medis.
“RP belum ditahan karena sedang sakit, lagi menjalani perawatan medis (infus-red). Namun, semua sudah saksi-saksi hingga saksi ahli sudah dilakukan” Ungkapnya lagi.
Adapun pasal yang dikenakan kepada aleg inisial RP tersebut, karantina kesehatan wabah penyakit menular, penghasutan dan melawan petugas.
