Boalemo – Dalam rangka mengantisipasi terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas. Satlantas Polres Boalemo melaksanakan operasi rutin di wilayah Kecamatan Tilamuta, yang dilakukan pada malam hari. Rabu, 27/10/2021.
“Sebab, pada malam hari itu luka ringan lebih sedikit dibanding luka berat, karena didominasi dengan kendaraan yang ngebut-ngebut” Ucap Kepala Satuan Lalu Lintas Polres Boalemo IPTU Gerryliyus Febrera S.Tr.K.
Selanjutnya Kata IPTU Gerryliyus Febrera S.Tr.K operasi tersebut nantinya akan dilakukan secara rutin. Mengingat, saat ini masih banyak laporan masyarakat terkait kendaraan yang mengganggu waktu istirahat.
“Ini juga sebagai upaya menindaklanjuti laporan masyarakat, khususnya knalpot yang bising. Saat ini juga ada laporan masyarakat terkait dugaan anak-anak yang melakukan balapan liar. Nanti ini kita akan tindaklanjuti” Lanjut IPTU Gerryliyus Febrera S.Tr.K.
“Untuk kedepan, siang hari maupun malam hari bagi kendaraan roda dua dan roda empat tetap mematuhi aturan keselamatan berlalu lintas. Karena jatuh diaspal tak seindah jatuh cinta” Ujar IPTU Gerryliyus Febrera S.Tr.K.
Dari operasi rutin tersebut. Masih banyak pelanggaran lalu lintas yang ditemukan oleh Polantas Polres Boalemo. Mulai dari pelanggaran surat kendaraan, tidak menggunakan helm, plat nomor, knalpot racing, hingga pada pengendara yang masih di bawah umur.
