Bertekad Mengembangkan Potensi dan Inovasi Desa, KISS-JO Launching Desa Digital Pertama di Minut dan Sulut

Minahasa Utara – Salah satu wujud dari motto yang di gaungkan oleh pasangan KISS-JO (Kami Ingin Sompie Singal-Joppi Lengkong) yakni mengembalikan kejayaan minahasa utara, hari ini benar-benar direalisasikan. Bertekad mengembangkan potensi dan inovasi desa dengan menerapkan kemajuan teknologi dan informasi, pasangan calon bupati dan wakil bupati yang telah ditetapkan oleh KPU sebagai peserta pemilu 09 desember 2020 ini, melakukan launching desa digital yang pertama kalinya di Kabupaten Minahasa Utara dan provinsi Sulawesi Utara yang bertempat di kantor desa Kolongan Tetempangan, rabu (23/09/2020).

Ketika diwawancarai, Ketua tim pemenangan KISS-JO (Kami Ingin Sompie Singal-Joppi Lengkong) dan CEP-SSL (Christiany Eugenia Paruntu-Sehan Salim Landjar), Denny R. Wowiling mengatakan bahwa, program desa digital adalah program yang bukan hanya pertama kalinya di Minut, tapi juga untuk provinsi Sulawesi Utara.

“Masyarakat desa Kolongan Tetempangan sangat bersyukur karena desa ini menjadi desa digital, dimana seluruh pelayanan surat menyurat dan hal-hal lain yang menyangkut dengan pengurusan dokumen kependudukan, tidak lagi dilakukan dengan bolak-balik ke kantor desa tetapi cukup dengan menginstal aplikasi. Jadi sangat luarbiasa. Ini bukan saja yang pertama kalinya di Kabupaten Minahasa Utara tapi juga di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara,” terang Ketua DPD II Golkar Minut ini.

Disamping itu, lanjut Wowiling, program desa digital ini merupakan bagian dari dedikasi dan sumbangsih dari pasangan KISS-JO dan CEP-SSL di hari ulang tahun provinsi Sulawesi Utara yang ke-56 tahun.

Senada dengan hal diatas, calon bupati Minahasa Utara, Sompie Singal menambahkan bahwa, terobosan dari program desa digital ini tidak lain adalah upaya mendorong pelaksanaan pelayanan berkualitas terhadap masyarakat desa yang di integrasikan dengan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sehingga memberikan manfaat maksimal bagi masyarakat desa.

“Sudah tiba waktunya kita untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan global, memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat berupa pelayanan yang cepat, berkualitas yang di integrasikan dengan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, sehingga dengan adanya program desa digital ini, akan memberikan manfaat maksimal bagi masyarakat desa,” ungkap mantan bupati Minahasa utara ini.

Pada kesempatan yang sama, calon wakil bupati Minahasa Utara, Joppi Lengkong, menerangkan bahwa demi terwujudnya transparansi terhadap penyelenggaraan pemerintahan baik pemerintah kabupaten maupun pemerintah desa, maka program digital desa adalah gerbang pembuka untuk merealisasikan good governance yakni pemerintahan yang efektif, efisien, transparan, akuntabel dan bertaanggung jawab.

“Saya sangat mengapresiasi terobosan ide yang luarbiasa ini, karena menjadi tonggak sejarah pertama kalinya di Kabupaten Minahasa Utara dan di provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Ini membuktikan bahwa, KISS-JO sekalipun baru calon tapi sudah membuktikan keberpihakan terhadap pelaksanaan good governance dengan melaunching program desa digital ini. Artinya, bila rakyat Kabupaten Minahasa Utara memberikan mandat kepada kami berdua untuk memimpin, maka hal inilah yang akan kami lakukan,” tutup Komandan Panji Yosua Minut ini.

Perlu diketahui bersama bahwa pelopor desa digital pertama di Sulawesi Utara, lebih khusus di kabupaten Minahasa Utara adalah Glendy R. Wowiling, ST. MT.
