Plt. Bupati Boalemo menyampaikan, kegiatan ini dilaksanakan, sebagai upaya Pemerintah Daerah dalam membangkitkan semangat masyarakat dalam menjaga lingkungan.
“Saya berharap kepada seluruh masyarakat yang ada di pesisir pantai, khususnya masyarakat pentadu barat agar tidak membuang sampah sembarangan di pesisir pantai, karena sampah ini dapat menyebabkan penurunan kualitas lingkungan ataupun membahayakan biota laut” Ucap Anas Jusuf.
Anas Jusuf mengajak kepada seluruh masyarakat agar menjaga linkungan dengan cara, tidak membuang sampah sembarangan.
