SHARENEWS.ID Gorut,- Bupati Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara, Indra Yasin menyerahkan sejumlah bantuan kepada warga masyarakat terdampak banjir yang ada di Desa Milango, Leyao, dan Bubode Kecamatan Tomilito, Senin (15/2/2021).
Dalam agenda penyerahan bantuan tersebut, Bupati Indra Yasin turut di dampingi Kepala Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Kepala Dinas Sosial, Dan Kepala BPBD Kabupaten Gorut.
“Kami dari pemerintah daerah menyerahkan bantuan kepada masyarakat yang ada di 3 Desa Ini, karena memang di 3 desa ini yang sangat parah terjadi banjir,” Kata Bupati Indra Yasin dalam sambutannya.
Bupati juga menambahkan, bocornya tanggul yang berada di desa Bubode dan juga terjadinya pendangkalan sungai yang mengakibatkan terjadinya banjir bandang di 3 Desa ini.
“Berdasarkan informasi dari warga, ada tanggul yang bocor, dan sudah terjadi pendangkalan sungai, makanya untuk mencari solusi di lapangan, saya juga sudah mengajak kepala dinas PU untuk melihat langsung dilokasi, dan juga segera melakukan pengerukan di sungai yang dangkal,” Terang Bupati.
Bupati juga menyampaikan, Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Gorut sendiri akan selalu siaga dan tanggap terhadap permasalahan yang terjadi termasuk bencana banjir.
“Kita terus siaga dan tanggap dengan kondisi yang ada, Saya himbau kepada seluruh masyarakat untuk tetap maspada dengan bencana, Segera mengungsi kalau tiba-tiba curah hujan meningkat,” pungkasnya.(AdvSn07)
