SHARENEWS.ID,Gorut-Bupati Gorontalo Utara (Gorut) Indra Yasin kembali mengingatkan kepada seluruh Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) untuk lebih berhati – hati dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa.
Hal tersebut sebagaimana disampaikan Bupati Indra Yasin saat membuka kegiatan sosialisasi pencegahan korupsi pada pengadaan barang dan jasa, bertempat di Aula Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Gorontalo Utara, Rabu (27/10/2021).
“Tentu peringatan ini sangatlah penting bagi kita, agar lebih waspada dan hati – hati dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa,” kata Bupati Indra Yasin.
terlebih kata Indra Yasin, baik itu mulai dari perencanaan, maupun pelaksanaannya. Apalagi pada saat evaluasi harus sesuai dengan mekanisme yang ada, agar tidak terdapat penyimpangan yang berurusan dengan masalah hukum.
“Dan saya berterimakasih kepada pihak kejaksaan juga, sebelum kita masuk tahun 2022 sudah ada peringatan itu. Sehingga kita memcegah lebih awal, dalam hal pengadaan barang dan jasa yang ada di masing – masing OPD,” ujar Bupati.
Indra Yasin juga berharap, tentu banyak hal yang menjadi masukan dari pihak yang berwewenang sehingga ini patut diperhatikan untuk mencegah terjadinya korupsi yang dapat melibatkan pegawai yang ada dilingkungan pemerintah daerah.
“Oleh karena itu saya sudah instruksikan semua OPD, termasuk eselon III yang menangani pengadaan – pengadaan barang dan jasa, harus tahu arahnya kemana. Terutama aturannya harus dipahami, jangan sampai ada pengadaan barang yang fiktif. Intinya mana yang boleh dilakukan dan mana yang tidak boleh dilakukan,” pungkasnya.(Adv/SN07)
