GORUT – Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara (Gorut), Ridwan Yasin kembali menyerahkan 1 bantuan mobil bus dari Kementerian Desa PDTT kepada BUMDes, Kamis (10/9/2020).
Bus kali ini diberikan kepada BUMDes Bulontio Barat, Kecamatan Sumalata.
Sekda Ridwan dalam sambutannya meminta kepada BUMDes selaku pengelola untuk merawat mobil tersebut, agar dapat bermanfaat dalam jangka panjang.
“Anggap saja milik sendiri. Kalau kita punya barang sendiri kan sudah pasti kita rawat dengan baik,” kata Sekda Millennial itu.
Selain untuk mendongkrak tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat, mobil jenis bus itu juga diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan pendapatan BUMDes.
“Nah, siapa saja yang mau memakai mobil ini, tentunya boleh-boleh saja. Akan tetapi karena ini dikelola oleh BUMDes, maka tentunya pengguna tetap mengikuti aturan dari BUMDes itu sendiri. Jadi ada semacam tarif atau biaya operasional,” kata Ridwan.
Tarif yang dikenakan juga lanjut Ridwan, semata-mata untuk perawatan mobil itu juga.
“Tujuannya adalah disamping untuk memelihara mobil ini agar terpelihara dengan baik dan dapat digunakan dalam jangka panjang, bisnis itu juga membutuhkan biaya operasional, misalnya pergantian oli, ban, dan onderdil-onderdil lainnya yang secara berkala juga perlu diganti,” jelasnya.
Meski demikian, Sekda Ridwan meminta kepada BUMDes untuk melihat kondisi urgen. Misalkan untuk membantu warga yang sakit.
“Tidak diminta-minta, jika ada warga yang sakit maka mobil ini diharapkan bisa berguna untuk membantu menghantarkan ke fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan seperti rumah sakit. Soal pembayaran, kan bisa belakangan. Sekali lagi pembayaran yang dimaksud sekadar biaya perawatan dan bukan untuk membebani rakyat,” pungkasnya.
