2021 Pemkab Boalemo Alokasikan 500 Juta untuk Itsbat Nikah

Boalemo – Sebagai upaya mengantisipasi melonjaknya pasangan suami istri yang belum tercatat di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA). Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan teken Nota Kesepakatan (MOU) bersama Pengadilan  Agama

Penandatangan nota kesepahaman ini disaksikan langsung  Plt. Bupati Boalemo Anas Jusuf dan Sekertaris Daerah Kabupaten Boalemo Sherman Moridu.

Dalam sambutannya, Plt. Bupati Boalemo menyampaikan bahwa tuntutan masyarakat terkait ketentuan identitas hukum bagi pasangan suami istri yang tidak tercatat di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) semakin tinggi, sehingga hal ini perlu ketetapan itsbat dari Pengadilan Agama.

“Terkait tuntutan masyarakat yang semakin tinggi tentang ketentuan identitas hukum bagi pasangan suami istri yang tidak tercatat di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) sehingganya ini perlu adanya ketetapan itsbat dari Pengadilan Agama”Ucapnya

Dirinya menambahkan adanya tuntutan dari masyarakat tersebut dikarenakan adanya keterbatasan ekonomi dan finansial masyarakat, sehingga di tahun 2021 Pemerintah Daerah akan mengalokasikan anggaran untuk kegiatan itsbat sebesar 500 juta. Hal tersebut dilakukan sebagai bentuk perhatian pemerintah daerah untuk membantu masyarakat.

“Tuntunan ini dikarenakan adanya keterbatasan ekonomi dan finansial masyarakat, sehingganya pemerintah daerah telah mengalokasikan anggaran ditahun 2021 untuk kegiatan itsbat. Hal ini merupakan bentuk perhatian dari Pemerintah Daerah untuk membantu masyarakat”Ujarnya.

Disamping itu Plt. Bupati Boalemo menyampaikan apresiasi atas penobatan Duta Damai  yang kategorinya adalah pasangan suami istri yang hendak bercerai tetapi berhasil didamaikan.

“Atas nama pemerintah daerah saya menyampaikan apresiasi atas penobatan Duta Damai yang kategorinya yaitu pasangan suami istri yang hendak bercerai tapi berhasil didamaikan”Ucapnya.

Disamping Kepala Pengadilan Agama Provinsi Gorontalo DR. Drs. Izzuddin, SH. MH. Menyampaikan terimakasih kepada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Boalemo yang telah memediasi penandatanganan nota kesepahaman antara pengadilan agama dengan dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil Kabupaten Boalemo. Sehingganya, hal ini merupakan upaya untuk memberikan kepastian identitas hukum kepada masyarakat, demi terciptanya admistrasi kependudukan yang tertib dan teratur di wilayah kabupaten Boalemo.
