SHARENEWS.ID, Gorut- Bupati Gorontalo Utara (Gorut), Thariq Modanggu memberikan apresiasi kepada pihak Puskesmas Molingkapoto yang telah menerapkan disiplin pelaksanaan apel pagi.
Hal tersebut sebagaimana disampaikan Bupati Thariq Modanggu saat melakukan inspeksi mendadak (Sidak), yang ia lakukan pada hari Senin (11/7/2022) di Puskesmas Molingkapoto.
“Saya secara pribadi mengapresiasi disiplin kerja yang diterapkan oleh Puskesmas Molingkapoto, karena apel kerja setiap pagi pada dasarnya tidak hanya satu arah, tetapi juga ada diskusi untuk perbaikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat,” kata Bupati Thariq Modanggu.
Kepada Puskesmas yang ada di seluruh Kecamatan, Thariq Modanggu juga meminta, agar dapat melaksanakan kegiatan apel pagi secara tepat waktu, dan mempergunakan apel pagi sebagai wadah untuk melakukan evaluasi dan pembenahan kinerja seluruh aparat puskesmas.
“Jadi dalam apel itu, kita bisa sekaligus melakukan diskusi, membicarakan apa saja yang harus dibenahi, dan apa saja yang harus dilakukan agar pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat bisa maksimal,” tambahnya. (Adv/Sn07)
