Meski Sibuk Menggenjot SIPD, Sekda Tetap Beri Pelayanan

GORUT, ShareNews.id – Meski sibuk mengurus penginputan Sistem Informasi Pembangunan Daerah (SIPD), Sekda Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara (Gorut), Ridwan Yasin tetap melayani masyarakat pada peletakan batu pertama Masjid Al-Ikhlas Desa Buloila, Kecamatan Sumalata, Rabu (25/11/2020).

Peletakan batu pertama masjid tersebut turut dihadiri oleh masyarakat dari 3 desa, yakni Buloila, Lelato dan Tumba.

Di kesempatan tersebut, Panglima ASN yang dikenal dengan Jargon “Solusi Kebuntuan” itu menyumbangkan 50 sak semen untuk pembangunan awal masjid. Bantuan itupun bersumber dari kantor pribadi Sekda Millennial ini.

Bukan itu saja, di sela-sela agendanya, Ridwan Yasin memberikan bantuan dana hibah masjid Tahun 2021.

“Saat ini kami sedang merampungkan penginputan sistem anggaran untuk 2021. Nah, berbeda dengan sebelumnya, jika dulu SPJ (Surat Pertanggung Jawaban-red) dibuat setelah program dilaksanakan, tapi untuk saat ini SPJ didahulukan,” kata Sekda Ridwan.

Dengan demikian lanjut sekda, apapu tantangan yang dihadapi, terutama dalam sistem penginputan, pihaknya akan bekerja keras dan semaksimal mungkin demi memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Salah satunya melalui dana hibah pembangunan masjid yang terus digenjot.

“Ya, biasanya penginputan hanya dua hari kelar. Namun saat ini kami membutuhkan hingga 3 minggu. Tapi, itulah tantangan dan harus dikerjakan demi masyarakat. Apalagi soal anggaran, ini tentu membutuhkan ketelitian,” tandas Ketua Tim Anggaran Pemda (TAPD) Gorut itu.

“Itu (penyusunan anggaran) sedang kami rampungkan, dan Insya Allah hari ini atau satu dua hari kedepan selasai. Makanya, tadi sudah saya hubungi Kabag Kesra agar belum mengunci penginputannya, agar bisa kami rampungkan terutama untuk penganggaran dana hibah,” tambah Ridwan. (SN07)
