GORUT – Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara (Gorut), Ridwan Yasin menyerahkan satu unit Mobil dari Kementerian Desa PDT dan Transmigrasi kepada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Dambalo, Kecamatan Tomilito, Rabu (9/9/2020).
Penyerahan mobil tersebut dirangkaikan dengan penyerahan bantuan alat perahu kepada masyarakat nelayan, dan berlangsung di Lokasi Wisata Pantai Botudidinga.
Sekda Ridwan dalam sambutannya mengatakan, bantuan mobil tersebut semata-mata untuk mendongkrak tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat.
“Diserahkannya satu unit mobil ini, Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) Gorut mengharapkan kiranya ini dapat menambah satu kegiatan yang ada di BUMDes dan semata-mata ditujukan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat,” kata Sekda Ridwan.
Panglima ASN itu juga menjelaskan, siapa saja yang menggunakan mobil ini tidak dibatasi selagi mengikuti aturan yang ditetapkan oleh BUMDes selaku pengelola.
“Seperti yang pak kades sampaikan tadi, bahwa mobil ini siapa saja dapat menggunakan. Namun, karena ini dikelola oleh BUMDes maka tentunya semua harus dengan ketentuan BUMDes. Jadi, ada sedikit bisnis di sana (BUMDes). Nah, tujuannya adalah disamping untuk memelihara mobil ini agar terpelihara dengan baik dan dapat digunakan dalam jangka panjang, bisnis itu juga membutuhkan biaya operasional, misalnya pergantian oli, ban, dan onderdil-onderdil lainnya yang secara berkala juga perlu diganti,” jelasnya.
Disamping pemeliharaan kendaraan, lanjut sekda, keuntungan lainnya juga dapat digunakan untuk kemajuan BUMDes itu sendiri agar roda perkononomian di desa ikut stabil.
“Ujung-ujungnya kan dampaknya kepada ekonomi masyarakat, kan begitu?” ucap sekda millennial ini.
Di kesempatan itu, sekda juga menyampaikan harapan Pemda Gorut terhadap BUMDes.
“Harapan kami, mobil ini dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Kami tentunya akan selalu memantau, dan ada beberapa mobil yang sama, yang sudah diserahkan kepada beberapa desa juga. Dan ini cukup bagus, namun ada juga desa yang perlu kita kita dorong agar mereka lebih giat lagi dalam melakukan pemeliharaan mobil itu sendiri. Saya kira, dengan hadirnya mobil ini, siapapun yang ada kegiatan di kota misalnya bisa menggunakan mobil ini dengan biaya yang tidak mahal-mahal,” pungkasnya
