SHARENEWS.ID, Gorut- Bupati Gorontalo Utara (Gorut), Thariq Modanggu menyatakan, bahwa daerah masih sangat membutuhkan tenaga guru honorer. Kebutuhan tenaga guru honorer tersebut disampaikan Bupati, usai dirinya melakukan kunjungan ke Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) 1 Kwandang, Senin (11/7/2022).
“Tadi pagi saya sidak di SMP 1 kwandang, di situ saya mengecek persiapan penerimaan siswa baru, pengecekan ketersediaan ruangan, dan juga ketersediaan guru, ternyata tadi saya temukan, ada beberapa kebutuhan guru lokal yang tidak terpenuhi, karena berdasarkan data yang ada, guru yang lolos P3K itu hanya dua orang,” ujar Thariq Modanggu.
Menyikapi kekurangan tenaga Guru kata Thariq, dirinya meminta kepada pihak Dinas Pendidikan (Disdik), untuk membuat analisis data serta kajian terhadap rencana pemberlakuan penghapusan tenaga guru honorer.
“Apa yang akan terjadi, ketika tidak ada lagi pengangkatan tenaga PTT dan GTT? analisis kajian itu yang saya minta untuk dibuat oleh pihak Dinas Pendidikan, agar hasil kajian itu yang akan kita bawa ke pemerintah pusat,” kata Bupati.
Secara Pribadi, sebagai Bupati, Thariq Modanggu juga meminta kepada pihak Dinas Pendidikan untuk segera menyajikan data terkait dengan ketersediaan guru, dengan model pengangkatan P3K yang terbatas. Sementara, ada kebijakan dari pemerintah yang akan menghapus tenaga honorer pada tahun depan.
“Dampak dari penghapusan tenaga guru honorer itu apa? Makanya saya minta kajian dari pihak dinas, supaya sebelum pemberlakuan tahun depan, pemerintah daerah masih bisa menyampaikan bahan-bahan pertimbangan ke pemerintah pusat, untuk mempertimbangkan pembelakukan penghapusan tenaga honorer,” terangnya.
” Bahkan kalau perlu, ada Skema pemberlakuan , tidak bisa langsung tahun depan. Karena pada dasarnya setiap daerah tidak boleh sama, semuanya harus di dasarkan pada data-data.
