Gelar RDP, Ketua DPRD Pohuwato Beri Pilihan Kepada Daeng Aziz

Sharenews.id – POHUWATO – DPRD Kabupaten Pohuwato kembali melakukan kegiatan Rapat Dengar Pendapat dengan sejumlah Masyarakat dan LSM, terhadap permasalahan Program Cetak Sawah (PCS) yang berada di Kecamatan Buntulia Barat. Jum’at, (08/01/2021)

Dimana RDP yang dilakukan ini, berawal dari adanya laporan dari masyarakat di Buntulia Barat melalui LSM labrak, terkait 100 hektar kepemilikan tanah oleh Daeng Aziz, yang diduga tanah tersebut, merupakan hasil aktifitas jual beli yang dilakukan oleh Suryarahto Polumulo, penjabat kepala Desa pada saat itu

Untuk menindaki kejelasan dari permasalahan ini, DPRD Kabupaten Pohuwato Menghadirkan beberapa pihak yang terkait. Seperti Suryaharto Polumulo, Daeng aziz serta ke-12 masyarakat atas pengakuan hak kepemilikan tanahnya yang telah dikuasi itu.

Setelah menerima sejummlah penyampaian serta pemasukan dari pihak-pihak yang terkait, DPRD Kabupaten Pohuwato sendiri akan melakukan pengecekan kembali terhadap kejelasan dari kepemilikan tanah milik Daeng aziz

Sebagaimana yang telah diungkapkan oleh ketua DPRD Kabupaten Pohuwato Nasir Giasi.

“Jadi kita akan lakukan turun lapangan untuk pengecekan lapangan sekali lagi, dengan tujuan untuk menentukan lokasi tetap atau tidaknya 84 hektar kepemilikan tanah daeng aziz ini,” Kata dia

Dirinya juga menjelaskan, bahwa setelah adanya pemerikasaan kembali, pihaknya telah menemukan ketidak lengakapan surat kepemilikan terhadap 50 hektar tanah Daeng Aziz sendiri

Sehingga dirinya menegaskan yang mana perlunya pihak yang bersangkutan untuk segera memberikan bukti-bukti kepunyaanya tersebut

“Jadi kita akan memberikan pilihan terhadap daeng aziz sendiri, apakah bisa menunjukan bukti bukti kepemilkikan 50 hektar itu jika tidak ada kita anak tarik karena dirasa kurang jelas atau keikhalsanya memberikan ke 24 hektar terhadap ke 12 masyarakat,” tutupnya

Terakhir, Rapat Dengar Pendapat tersebut di hadiri langsung oleh ketua DPRD Kabupaten Pohuwato Nasir Giasi, Komisi 1 Hamran Anjulangi, Komisi 3 Beni Nento, Mantan Kepala Dinas Pertanian Serta dengan sejumblah Masyarakat dan LSM labrak Soni Samu.
