Direktur RSUD MM Dunda Limboto : Terima Kasih Guru

Gorontalo – Peran guru memang sangat dibutuhkan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.

Tentunya, peran guru juga tak lepas dari konstelasi pembangunan bangsa serta kesuksesan seseorang dalam mencapai cita-cita.

Untuk itu, sudah seharusnya menjadi perhatian Pemerintah pada tenaga pendidik menjadi sangat penting, mulai dari pemenuhan kebutuhan guru, profesionalisme, kesejahteraan, pelatihan, hingga perlindungannya.

Hal ini disampaikan Direktur Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah MM. Dunda Limboto dr. Irawan Huntoyungo, Sp.OT M.Kes pada perayaan Hari Guru Nasional Nasional ke-75 Tahun, Senin 25/11/2020.

Dirinya menambahkan, semakin majunya teknologi, komunikasi dan informasi. Tentunya ada dampak positif dan negatif secara beriringan dalam kehidupan masyarakat, tak terkecuali proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Sehingganya, komitmen guru terhadap literasi digital menjadi garda terdepan.

“Meski peringatan hari guru tahun ini sangat berbeda, tetapi tak menjadi alasan bagi kita semua memperingatinya, sebab jasa-jasa para guru tak akan pernah hilang” Ucapnya.

Bagi dr. Irawan, guru sangat berjasa untuk dirinya, hingga mengantarkannya menjadi seorang Dokter Spesialis Tulang di Provinsi Gorontalo.

“Bagi saya guru adalah orang tua ke 2 bagi kehidupan, terutama dalam pendidikan, tentunya saya sangat berterima kasih kepada guru” Ujar Irawan.

“Bangkitkan Semangat Belajar Wujudkan Merdeka Belajar” Sambungnya.

Sebagai Dokter, dr. Irawan Huntoyungo, Sp.OT M.Kes tetap menghimbau kepada masyarakat agar menjaga kesehatan di tengah covid_19, memakai masker dan menjaga jarak.
