TM Resmi Ditetapkan Tersangka Kasus Korupsi Dana KONI Boalemo

Hukum – Kejaksaan Negeri (KEJARI) Tilamuta resmi menetapkan TM menjadi tersangka atas tindak pidana korupsi dana Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia Kabupaten Boalemo. Rabu, 27/10/2021).

Tersangka TM sendiri langsung dilakukan penahanan oleh pihak kejaksaan. Sebab dikhawatirkan, tersangka akan melarikan diri, mengulangi perbuatan, ataupun menghilangkan barang bukti.

Lewat konferensi pers, Kepala Kejaksaan Ahmad Muchlis Negeri Tilamuta mengatakan, penetapan tersangka tersebut, sesuai dengan Pasal 2, Pasal 3, Pasal 12b Undang-undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 20 tahun Penjara.

“Kerugian negara berdasarkan LHP ada sekitar 700 jutaan, di cek saksi-saksi yang kami lakukan pemeriksaan” Ucap Ahmad Muchlis.

Lanjut Kejari Tilamuta Ahmad Muchlis, lebih parahnya lagi, pada penyelidikan pihaknya menemukan ada anggaran yang difiktifkan, tidak adanya surat pertanggungjawaban hingga dengan anggaran yang dipakai untuk kepentingan secara pribadi.

Ahmad Muchlis hanya berharap, TM yang ditetapkan tersangka akan mengungkapkan, sebenarnya dana sebesar Rp.700.000.000 itu dikemanakan.

“Namun, dia belum menyebut kemana ini uangnya, saya seperti teman-teman berharap si bersangkutan ini mengaku, uang sebesar dikemanakan” Lanjut Ahmad Muchlis.
